“Heads Of State" Series Featuring High Profile Industry Leaders and CEOs Announced for CRS ‘22

CRS announced today the launch of a new series, "CRS Heads Of State," that will occur during CRS '22 (Feb. 23-25, 2022). Featuring a mix of the industry’s most prominent leaders and highest-profile CEOs, including Caroline Beasley (CEO/Beasley), Ginny Morris (CEO/Hubbard), Bob Profitt (CEO/Alpha Media), and Bill Wilson (CEO/Townsquare) representing radio; Scott Borchetta (President/CEO, BMLG), Mike Dungan (Chairman/CEO, UMG), John Esposito (Chairman/CEO, WMN), Randy Goodman (Chairman/CEO, Sony), and Jon Loba (President, BMG) representing record label; and Joel Denver (All Access Media Group), Erica Farber (RAB), Lon Helton (Country Aircheck/Country Countdown USA), and Mike McVay (McVay Media) serving as moderators, the “CRS Heads Of State Series” will usher attendees into the corner office of the biggest radio and label companies for daily exclusive, one-on-one conversations. CRS Returns Live and In-Person on February 23-25, 2022

Country music’s largest industry gathering, CRS, is set to return in person at Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, on February 23-25. Registration for CRS 2022 opens August 17 at 10 a.m. CT at the Early Bird Rate of $549 per person and will be available for purchase at www.CountryRadioSeminar.com. Effective August 19, the rate will increase to $649 per person.

2021 Country Radio Hall of Fame Inductees Announced

The Country Radio Broadcasters have announced the Class of 2021 Country Radio Hall of Fame inductees. This year’s list includes four off-air radio broadcasters and four on-air radio personalities. The off-air honorees are Bob Call, RJ Curtis, Bill Hagy, and Norm Schrutt. The on-air honorees are Heather Froglear, Buzz Jackson, Bob Pickett, and Angie Ward.
