New York Attorney, Shelley Greenwald, To Lead Two Harassment Workshops at CRS 2018

As part of Country Radio Seminar’s mission to show ongoing care and compassion for its constituents and to address one of today’s most relevant issues, CRS has announced the addition of a harassment workshop, titled “A Conversation About Harassment” to the CRS 2018 agenda.  Lead by notable New York attorney, Shelley Greenwald, the workshop will be held Wednesday, Feb. 7 between 11:00-11:50 a.m. and again at 2:00-2:50 p.m.

The workshop will answer questions individuals might have as it pertains to the topic, including how to recognize harassment, how to avoid it, and what to do about it. 

Shelley M. Greenwald is an attorney who specializes in the field of employment practices.  She advises, consults, trains and handles all aspects of equal employment, HR and diversity issues, including the development and implementation of diversity programs and human resources policies, development and delivery of training, executive coaching with respect to appropriate workplace behavior and effective management, complaint investigation, resolution facilitation, mediation and neutral fact-finding for public and private organizations.  

Greenwald is also on the adjunct faculty at Cornell University, ILR School in New York City.  She teaches in many of the Cornell programs in the EEO, Labor Relations and Human Resources Workshops including:  Human Resources and the Law; EEO and the Law; Advanced EEO and the Law; Preventing Harassment; Difficult Issues in Harassment and Retaliation; Complaint Investigations; Investigation Tools; Writing Effective EEO Reports; Team Building; Labor Relations for Managers; and Legal Issues for Managers.  In addition, Ms. Greenwald provides training on performance management, interviewing skills and conflict resolution. The workshop participants consistently rate her highly because of her knowledge, enthusiasm and training techniques. Greenwald has also developed and delivered internal management and employee training programs for corporations, non-profit organizations, and public agencies.

Greenwald has appeared on Court TV and CNBC and also has been quoted in New York Magazine.  Ms. Greenwald has also co-authored a column on training for HR Advisor.
