HARMON & EVans - Inducted 2018

In 1985, Steve Harmon and Scott Evans joined “The Breakfast Club,” and soon after became “Harmon & Evans.” Less than a year after their launch, they soared to #2 in the market. The two teamed up again at KPLX DFW. After success at KPLX, Harmon & Evans became the hosts of the “Weekly Top Thirty,” where they were heard on over 340 stations across America, Armed Forces Radio, and New Zealand. After a two-year separation, Harmon & Evans reunited in 1998 to join WXTU, starting with the morning show and later launching a show with Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb. Later, Westwood One launched the “Weekly Country Music Countdown,” on which Harmon & Evans were once again heard nationwide. Harmon & Evans have won numerous awards, including from ACM, AWRT, Billboard, CMA, and the Texas Country Music Association.
