The Big Machine Label Group luncheon on Wednesday, Feb. 7 during Country Radio Seminar 2018 will feature a rich lineup of performances from Sugarland, Brett Young, Drake White, Trent Harmon, Josh Phillips, and Tyler Rich.

Country Radio Seminar has released details surrounding five mentoring breakfasts that will be held at Country Radio Seminar 2018 (Feb. 5-7, 2018). The breakfasts are Digital Tech Breakfast, Label Mentoring Breakfast, Programming Mentoring Breakfast, Sales Mentoring Breakfast, and Women’s Mentoring Breakfast (sponsored by NuVoodoo).

A star-studded lineup has been revealed for Universal Music Group Nashville’s “Team UMG at the Ryman” at CRS 2018, to be held Feb. 6, 2018 at the Ryman Auditorium. This year’s performers include Kassi Ashton, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis, Travis Denning, Vince Gill, Little Big Town, Brandon Lay, Maddie and Tae, Brothers Osborne, Kip Moore, Jon Pardi, Darius Rucker, Chris Stapleton, Keith Urban and more. 

On Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum will welcome CRS 2018 attendees to “Party like an Outlaw,” a private cocktail reception with complimentary access to the museum. 

Amazon Music will host the inaugural Amazon Music & CRS Monday Night Showcase featuring the Radio Ink Best Country PD Awards at this year’s Country Radio Seminar on Monday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. The event will feature performances by acclaimed artists Jason Aldean (Broken Bow), Jordan Davis (UMG) and Jimmie Allen(Broken Bow).

Country music superstar Brad Paisley will be the center of conversation during a Q&A session at Country Radio Seminar 2018. Titled Brad Paisley: The Art and The Artist, the interview will take place Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018 from 3-4 p.m. RJ Curtis of All Access Nashville and Beverlee Brannigan of E.W. Scripps Co. will conduct the interview, which will highlight how Paisley anticipates the future while honoring country tradition, as well as how he remains focused and is always exploring new and creative ways to do things. 

The official mobile app for Country Radio Seminar is now available for download on iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows mobile devices as well as laptops.  The CRS 2018 app, powered by Country Aircheck, provides attendees with an expanded CRS agenda, panel descriptions, speaker bios, integrated calendar upgrades, CRS after-hour activities, CRS TV video clips and other event news. Users can create their own customized CRS schedule, rate the panels, and post updates and reviews directly to their social media profiles.

As part of Country Radio Seminar’s mission to show ongoing care and compassion for its constituents and to address one of today’s most relevant issues, CRS has announced the addition of a harassment workshop, titled “A Conversation About Harassment” to the CRS 2018 agenda.  Lead by notable New York attorney, Shelley Greenwald, the workshop will be held Wednesday, Feb. 7 between 11:00-11:50 a.m. and again at 2:00-2:50 p.m.

Mary Berner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cumulus Media, Inc., will be the spotlight of a keynote conversation at Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2018, Tuesday, February 6 from 3:30 to 4:20, at Omni Nashville. Emmis Communications’ Charlie Morgan will conduct the interview, titled “Radio Today with Cumulus Media’s CEO Mary Berner,” which is sponsored by Parenting Today’s Teens.  

Multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter and CRS 2018 Artist Humanitarian of the Year, Dierks Bentley, has been announced as Monday’s featured speaker (Feb. 5 from 4 – 5:00 p.m.) for CRS 2018, set for Feb. 5-7 in Nashville, Tenn.  

The lineup has been released for one of Country Radio Seminar’s (CRS 2018) most anticipated after-hour events, the annual “Bob Kingsley’s Acoustic Alley.”  On Feb. 6, twelve hit songwriters will perform at the event, which is sponsored by Bob Kingsley’s Country Top 40, with support from First Tennessee Bank and ASCAP Nashville, who will provide attendees with a complimentary first drink.

Country Radio Seminar has announced that the $99 Unemployment Rate is now available for CRS 2018, to be held Feb. 5 – Feb. 7 in Nashville, Tenn at the Omni Hotel. 

Newly added to the Country Radio Seminar 2018 agenda is an exclusive release of CMA’s 2017 Country Music Streaming Study: The Way Forward To Drive Consumption. The CRS session will take an in-depth look at the role radio has and will play in this fast-growing platform for music listening.

The Country Radio Broadcasters have announced multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley as the recipient of the CRS 2018 Artist Humanitarian Award, presented by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and Dan Halyburton, Owner of Falls Media Group, as the recipient of the CRS 2018 Tom Rivers Humanitarian Award. Both individuals will be recognized at Country Radio Seminar 2018, following the Opening Ceremonies on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018.

Country Radio Seminar officials have announced the CRS 2018 New Faces of Country Music ® Show performers. The five acts to appear are Lauren Alaina, Luke Combs, Midland, Carly Pearce, and Michael Ray.

Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. has revealed an early version of its agenda for Country Radio Seminar 2018, to be held Feb. 5-7, 2018, at the Omni Nashville.  The preliminary agenda details were released in advance of the CRS 2018 regular rate registration deadline, which is Dec. 5.

The Country Radio Broadcasters have named Jennifer Hays – “Jenn Parker” (Music Director/On Air, KCTR/Billings, MT), Mark "Haystack" Wells (Program Director/KCYT-FM/Fayetteville, AR), and Jamie Jackson (Promotions Director/95.3 KRTY/San Jose) as recipients of the 2018 Rusty Walker Scholarship.
