Nashville Gears Up for Country Radio Seminar 2018

Country radio’s biggest event of the year, Country Radio Seminar (CRS) kicks off today, Monday, Feb. 5 in downtown Nashville, Tenn.  This year’s three-day agenda is packed full of entertainment, networking, and educational opportunities, and includes panels, mentoring events, instructive discussions, and exciting performances from the most talked about emerging acts of today to country music’s biggest superstars. Some of the seminar’s most anticipated events are back again and include Bob Kingsley’s Acoustic Alley, Team UMG at The Ryman, Big Machine Label Group’s Luncheon Show, and the New Faces of Country Music Show and Dinner.

A star-studded lineup has been revealed for Universal Music Group Nashville’s “Team UMG at the Ryman” at CRS 2018, to be held Feb. 6, 2018 at the Ryman Auditorium. This year’s performers include Kassi Ashton, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis, Travis Denning, Vince Gill, Little Big Town, Brandon Lay, Maddie and Tae, Brothers Osborne, Kip Moore, Jon Pardi, Darius Rucker, Chris Stapleton, Keith Urban and more.

“The Art and The Artist” Conversation at CRS 2018 To Feature Brad Paisley

Country music superstar Brad Paisley will be the center of conversation during a Q&A session at Country Radio Seminar 2018. Titled Brad Paisley: The Art and The Artist, the interview will take place Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018 from 3-4 p.m. RJ Curtis of All Access Nashville and Beverlee Brannigan of E.W. Scripps Co. will conduct the interview, which will highlight how Paisley anticipates the future while honoring country tradition, as well as how he remains focused and is always exploring new and creative ways to do things.

CRS App Now Available for CRS 2018

The official mobile app for Country Radio Seminar is now available for download on iPhoneAndroidBlackberry and Windows mobile devices as well as laptops.  The CRS 2018 app, powered by Country Aircheck, provides attendees with an expanded CRS agenda, panel descriptions, speaker bios, integrated calendar upgrades, CRS after-hour activities, CRS TV video clips and other event news. Users can create their own customized CRS schedule, rate the panels, and post updates and reviews directly to their social media profiles.

New York Attorney, Shelley Greenwald, To Lead Two Harassment Workshops at CRS 2018

As part of Country Radio Seminar’s mission to show ongoing care and compassion for its constituents and to address one of today’s most relevant issues, CRS has announced the addition of a harassment workshop, titled “A Conversation About Harassment” to the CRS 2018 agenda.  Lead by notable New York attorney, Shelley Greenwald, the workshop will be held Wednesday, Feb. 7 between 11:00-11:50 a.m. and again at 2:00-2:50 p.m.
