CRS 2023 to Offer Health and Wellness Resources for Attendees

(Nashville, TN – February 27, 2023) Country Radio Seminar (CRS) is pleased to announce its Health and Mental Wellness Resource Initiatives, aimed at promoting emotional wellness and connection within the country music industry, during CRS 2023. CRS has partnered with Music Health AllianceOnsite, and the Broadcasters Foundation of America to provide a variety of health and wellness resources to all qualified CRS 2023 attendees, including free healthcare information, emotional wellness check-ins, and information on services that improve the quality of life of broadcasters in acute financial need.

Music Health Alliance, which is celebrating its 10th year of providing access to healthcare services that protect, direct, and connect music professionals with medical and financial solutions, will provide information and advice to CRS attendees who visit their booth during CRS week. The organization's services are available to artists, musicians, and radio professionals.

Onsite will offer 60-minute sessions to enhance attendees' emotional well-being, lower their stress and improve their relationships. The experiential emotional health wellness check-in is designed to provide participants with tools and insights to optimize their mental wellness. These free confidential screenings will take place at the Omni in the Cumberland Rooms 1 & 2 on March 14 from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. and March 15 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Broadcasters Foundation of America will have a booth at CRS 2023 and have available information on their mission to provide financial assistance to those broadcasting colleagues who find themselves in acute financial need. For those qualified colleagues who are unable to work due to illness, accident, or other serious misfortune and qualify for support, the Foundation can provide monthly grants. The Foundation also provides emergency grants to those qualified broadcasters who have been adversely affected by natural disasters like hurricanes, wildfires, tornados, floods, etc. It is the only 501 (C) 3 charity dedicated exclusively to the well-being of broadcasters.

The Health and Mental Wellness Resource Initiatives at CRS 2023 are an essential step towards building a more emotionally balanced world and reconnecting humanity. Additionally, as previously announced, Miles Adcox, Chairman and owner of the emotional wellness brand Onsite, is a featured speaker for CRS 2023. Adcox's exclusive presentation titled "Human School" will focus on improving and sustaining emotional strength under increased anxiety and stress and will take place on Wednesday, March 15.

CRS Executive Director comments, “CRS has a long history of promoting healthy living and well-being among its attendees by offering free health resources such as inflammation testing, COPD screenings, and hearing tests. CRS also recognizes the importance of mental wellness and strives to help attendees achieve a better work-life balance by organizing sessions and inviting speakers on this topic. Our goal is to encourage a fulfilling and healthier lifestyle that leads to greater productivity in the workplace and at home.”
